Area 51 is a top-secret military base in the Nevada desert. Officially, it's a testing site for the US Air Force. But conspiracy theorists say something very different: inside, they keep wreckage from a UFO that crashed in Roswell in 1947 - and alien bodies too.
Evidence:
What researchers found: The US only admitted the base existed in 2013. Workers describe objects flying in ways impossible for 1950s technology. In 1989, physicist Bob Lazar claimed he worked there and saw alien spacecraft. There's also the "MJ-12 document" - a secret file proving the cover-up.
The official version:
Area 51 was always for testing aircraft like the U-2 spy plane. The Roswell "flying saucer" was a Project Mogul balloon. Bob Lazar's degrees don't check out. The MJ-12 document is likely a fake from the 1980s.
